Rebecca Shujman

Rebecca is a Director of Client Services responsible for managing and driving roadmaps that will create growth on some of Ovative’s largest client accounts. Prior to her role at Ovative, Rebecca led cross-functional strategies, media planning/buying, and performance at WPP, Publicis, Dentsu/Aegis, and Havas across multiple sectors. In addition to her agency experience, Rebecca’s worked client-side creating broader marketing and content strategies and frameworks as blueprints to inform and guide future comms/marketing efforts.

Outside of Ovative, Rebecca volunteers as a mentor and coach focusing on self-improvement and career/personal development.  She recently became a community change agent in her hometown of Miami, FL helping to foster stronger connections via DEI practices and education. She’s an avid reader, globetrotter, and triathlete. One of her favorite pastimes is exploring different parks with her dog, Wolverine whom she adopted in NYC and spending quality time with friends and family.
