Two Ovative Employees Named to AdFed Minnesota’s 2022 32 Under 32 List

MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. May 24, 2022  Join us in congratulating Pallavi Janiani and Emily Baker for winning AdFed Minnesota’s ’32 Under 32′ award! These superstars were nominated by members of their communities for excelling within their role at Ovative and going above and beyond for the betterment of others.

This year, Ad Fed’s award theme was: At The Core. “32 Under 32 was created to recognize young marketing, advertising and creative minds who not only excel at their job, but also go above and beyond for the betterment of others. We’re looking to acknowledge those who exude that spark all the way from their core. We devote this award to show appreciation for the communicators who put in the hours, strive to make their workplace better, aspire to be leaders and wish to make a difference.”

Ovative was honored to have 10 employees nominated for this year’s award, two of which were named to the final 32 under 32 list: Pallavi and Emily.

Emily, a Manager of Consulting, was nominated for her “remarkable ability” to deliver best-in-class impact to clients. At Ovative, Emily leads conversations with clients’ C-suite executives to build customer-centric media strategies and growth models required to scale. Beyond Ovative’s walls, she devotes her time to the Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery to support children and families.

Pallavi, a Sr. Analyst of Measurement Solutions was nominated for being a “rare and inspirational leader.” She is committed to driving impact with clients, bettering the Ovative culture as a member of the DEI Committee, and educating her community as host of her own podcast, “The Caffeinated Brown Girl.”
