Star Tribune Names Ovative Group a Top Workplace for the Ninth Year

MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. June 25th, 2024 –– Ovative Group was ranked 25th on Star Tribune’s 2024 Top 200 Workplaces list. This is Ovative’s ninth consecutive time on the list, and its first time ranking in the large company category. Additionally, Ovative won the 2024 Top Workplaces Leadership Award for large firms. 

Over the past few years, Ovative has expanded its national footprint by opening offices in New York City and Chicago. Since 2021—the year Ovative’s second office opened in New York—the company has increased its headcount by 165%, from 200 to 530 employees.
