Webb Friedly

Webb is the Senior Director of Product & Project Management at Ovative. He is responsible for building new capabilities and experiences that retain Ovative’s distinctive position in the market and continues to elevate technology as a central part of the value proposition.

Prior to joining Ovative in 2021, Webb worked at Target for 14-years in various technology strategy, innovation, and product leadership roles. There he played key roles in defining product and agile approaches and practices for many of Target’s critical capabilities such as security, supply chain, and procurement. Prior to Target, Webb spent 13 years consulting Fortune 500 companies on their technology strategies, leading his clients toward true customer-centric value through digital investments.

Outside of Ovative, Webb helps multiple non-profits with their technology direction and strategies. He is an avid biker and skier and enjoys many outdoor adventures and various sporting activities alongside his wife and twin daughters.
