Tyler LaDouceur

Tyler is a Director of Client Services at Ovative. He is responsible for client engagements and leading cross-channel media strategy and execution across paid and owned media channels. In his role, Tyler is responsible for delivering operational excellence across marketing disciplines.

Prior to joining Ovative in 2022, Tyler worked at other Minneapolis-based and Boise-based agencies, focused on marketing initiatives covering retail, government, B2B, finance, healthcare, travel, gaming, and other categories through a mix of local and national priorities. Most recently, Tyler worked at Haworth Marketing + Media where he led integrated media strategy, implementation, and measurement strategies for clients such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Andersen Windows, Sam’s Club, and others. Tyler’s experience supports an unmatched client experience and synergy across teams to deliver results.

After living in Boise, Idaho for 12 years, Tyler returned to Minnesota to be closer to family. Tyler lives in Falcon Heights with his wife and three children. He enjoys the Minnesota outdoors, including hockey in his backyard rink in the winter and watching his son play Roseville hockey. He also enjoys golf, traveling, hiking, and enjoying great meals with family and friends.
