Sherri Johnson

Sherri is a Senior Director of Client Services at Ovative where she leads client engagements and delivery for Ovative’s leading ecommerce and retail clients. In her role, Sherri is responsible for defining and implementing cross-channel media strategies and driving operational excellence across marketing disciplines.

Prior to joining Ovative, Sherri spent more than 18 years in retail at Target, Circuit City and Best Buy leading merchandising, digital, supply chain and strategy teams. She brings diverse experience within multi-channel retail, pricing strategy, financial analysis, consumer insights, team development, mentoring, and leadership. Most recently, she developed and implemented an omni-channel growth strategy for one of retail’s most mature categories to drive new customer acquisition, market share gains and long-term profitable growth.

Outside of Ovative, Sherri is active in the community as a Member of the Carlson School of Management Alumni Board and a youth sports volunteer coach among other activities. She lives for the outdoors and enjoys spending summers on White Bear Lake, at the pool or golf course with her young family and two dogs.
