Scott Dyer

Scott is the Senior Director of Technology Operations at Ovative. He owns developing and executing initiatives that reduce cost, improve productivity, and enhance information security via technology and process improvements.

Before joining Ovative in 2014, Scott spent 2 years at Deloitte where he led a team of strategists and analysts identifying technology and process improvements that enabled increased cash flow velocity and reimbursement rates at major health care providers.  He held multiple technical consulting roles for 6 years prior at Hewlett-Packard, Nelson/Nygaard Consulting, Arup and the University of Minnesota.

Scott is an expert in project and product management, process optimization, and cross-functional team leadership.
