Nicole Anderson

Nicole is the Director of Product Engineering at Ovative.  She comes to Ovative with 30 years of Software Engineering experience, including 25+ years as a Software Engineer and Architect, and 20 years of leadership experience across multiple industries. Recently, Nicole helped drive innovative change at scale at eLumen, Inc. and NBC SportsEngine.

She feels most at home working with product-oriented teams who are responsible for transformative technologies. She focuses on improving both architectural and product processes to achieve greater levels of quality and efficiency. She has been recognized for outstanding achievement in her field, including being named as an inventor on several patents related to her work in the fleet logistics space.

Nicole lives in South Minneapolis with her two children. She enjoys playing hockey and guitar, gardening, and painting. Most of all, she enjoys playing hockey with her kids and their many lazy nights eating pizza and watching movies.
