Kelsey Pahl is a Director of Media Strategy at Ovative. She leads the media strategy and planning offerings in the Integrated Marketing practice area on the Consulting team. As a leader in Integrated Marketing, she is responsible for delivering cohesive end-to-end media strategies and plans inclusive of investment and mix strategies, customer targeting strategies, messaging and creative strategies, and measurement strategies to support media plans.
In Kelsey’s 10+ years at Ovative, she has been responsible for managing marketing strategies and budgets inclusive of digital and traditional media. Kelsey’s led client initiatives across strategy development, developing/testing capabilities and roadmaps, and advancing marketing measurements within retail, CPG, education, and healthcare verticals.
Kelsey is passionate about unlocking businesses’ holistic enterprise value through effective media strategies and execution. Kelsey resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at her cabin with friends and family and staying active golfing, snowshoeing, and biking.
