Katy Lucey

Katy Lucey is a Director of Paid Media at Ovative, leading strategy and execution across paid social channels. She is a seasoned digital marketing leader with experience overseeing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Prior to Ovative, Katy was one of the founding members of the paid social team at Tinuiti.  During her time there, she focused on team operations and process development to help standardize client service across the board. She sat on accounts in an advisor role and partnered with brands across a portfolio that included retail, entertainment, CPG, hospitality, fintech, mobile app, and DTC brands.

Katy is focused on growth and loves to push clients outside of their comfort zones to explore emerging channels like TikTok, Reddit, and others to find unique ways to connect with customers. She is grounded in measurement and data to be able to tell the full story of how paid media is impacting the bottom line. She is a people-first leader who believes a fully supported team produces the most impactful results.

Based in Atlanta, Katy spends her time outside of work with her husband, Eric, and two children, Quinn and Nolan. She is a die-hard fan of the University of Georgia football team and when she isn’t watching college football, she enjoys reading, making cocktails, and watercolor painting.
