Julia Marks

Julia is a Director on the Media Strategy and Insights team at Ovative. Julia supports clients in designing innovative, customer-led media strategies to maximize intended business outcomes. She also supports internal initiatives to further connect and advance customer capabilities across strategy, activation, and measurement services through new industry-leading solutions and technology.

Since joining Ovative in 2017, Julia has supported customer and media strategies for clients across a variety of industries including retail, luxury fashion, CPG, healthcare, tech, durables, and more. She specializes in the art and science of translating first-party customer data and syndicated insights to actionable strategies that drive results. Her expertise includes advanced segmentations, customer growth models, and more.

Julia lives in Chicago, helping grow Ovative’s newest office. Outside of work, you’ll find Julia traveling, learning the ropes of photography, and running with her favorite Peloton instructor, Becs. Her latest adventure included five weeks of camping through Southeastern Africa, including gorilla trekking and successfully summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro!
