Joanna Kauppila is a Director of Paid Media at Ovative. She leads digital media planning and execution across Display, Paid Social, and Online Video channels with a focus on outcome-based testing and cross-channel strategies to drive value and learning for her clients.
Joanna has more than 15 years of experience across display, video, paid social, and affiliate experience with a focus on retail. Prior to joining Ovative in 2016, Joanna spent six years at Target in various digital media roles. In those roles, she developed and led paid social, video, display, influencer, and platform strategies to support multiple seasons and categories with an emphasis on closed loop measurement. She held display and paid social planning and buying roles at MRM Worldwide for two years prior to working on CPG, finance, and pharma verticals.
