Eric is the Vice President of Client Services for Ovative with a focus on helping clients understand, analyze, and activate their first-party data to unlock potential and efficiencies while creating more seamless customer experiences.
For the past 25 years, Eric’s passion and curiosity for all things digital have provided opportunities to create and lead high-performing teams at top consumer and business-to-business brands including CDW, Lands’ End, Express, Ann Taylor, LOFT, and most recently, Lane Bryant. Along the way, Eric spearheaded digital transformations in e-commerce and mobile strategy, customer segmentation and personalization, loyalty, advanced measurement, and paid and owned media activation.
As a digital industry expert, Eric has had the pleasure of speaking at top industry conferences, including SXSW and Shop.org, and serving on the advisory board of CommerceNext. When he’s not diving into what’s next in digital, Eric can be found at nearly any live music venue, pounding the pavement training for his next marathon, or loading up the family on their quest to visit all 50 states. He and his wife, Amy, also love spending time at soccer, lacrosse, and basketball games along with cross country and track meets for their three boys.
