Emily Voigtlander

Emily is a Director on the Client Services team where she leads client engagements and delivery for some of Ovative’s most complex clients. She is responsible for driving cross-channel strategy development and delivery across paid and owned digital channels, where she is focused on driving profitable growth and efficiency across her clients. Emily is passionate about team development and helps lead team-wide training and best practices, ensuring all team members are set up for success and are able to fully unlock their potential.

Before her time in Client Services, Emily has held various roles within consulting, business development, and paid media at Ovative where she found her passion for structure, process, and problem-solving. Prior to joining Ovative, Emily spent five years on the agency side, driving digital and marketing strategy across manufacturing, financial services and retail verticals. She has her MBA from NDSU and is a longtime Bison football fan.

Emily lives in Minnesota with her husband (high school sweetheart) and their three young children. She loves spending time at her family cabins, being active, and reading.
