Emily is a Senior Director of Business Development at Ovative. She is responsible for introducing Ovative’s best-in-class media, measurement, and consulting capabilities to new brands and expanding services with existing clients. She partners with internal subject-matter experts, representing Ovative’s unique, proprietary approach to measuring and optimizing marketing investment decisions for new business clients across industries, transforming their media and marketing programs.
Prior to joining Ovative in 2022, during her tenure at Haworth Marketing + Media (Minneapolis, MN) and Moroch Partners (Dallas, TX), Emily developed and implemented media strategy across national and regional campaigns for many retail and entertainment brands like Walmart, Shutterfly and Six Flags Entertainment. She also worked as regional director of marketing for Live Nation Entertainment and House of Blues, creating and activating marketing plans in the music and live event industry. A problem-solver by nature, she is an expert at putting together the full-funnel media puzzle, connecting cross-functional teams to develop innovative, data-informed media and marketing strategies that drive business results for clients.
Emily lives in Maple Grove, MN, with her partner Dennis and their three dogs. She spends a surprisingly large amount of her free time trying to convince Dennis that it would be in their best interest to adopt more dogs.
