Bethany Hawthorne

Bethany is a Senior Director of Client Services at Ovative where she leads client engagements and delivery for Ovative’s leading ecommerce and retail clients. In her role, Bethany is responsible for defining and implementing cross-channel media strategies and driving operational excellence across marketing disciplines.

Prior to joining Ovative, Bethany spent the last 10+ years on the agency side driving digital strategy, data analytics, paid media execution, and advanced measurement. Her hands-on execution expertise and unparalleled relationship-building elevates client performance, synergy across teams and overall partnership experience. She is passionate about people, process, and is always in pursuit for a new problem to solve.

Bethany lives in Lakeville with her husband and two young sons. She enjoys just about anything outdoors, including hockey on her backyard rink in the winter and spending time at their cabin in north central Minnesota.
