Andy is a Director of Digital Experience Optimization at Ovative. He is responsible for leading a portfolio of clients to maximize the enterprise value of their websites and mobile apps through analytics enablement, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and continuous optimization and testing. Since joining Ovative in 2018, Andy has driven impact for clients across many different verticals including retail, healthcare, and hospitality and evolved Ovative’s differentiated approach to focusing on enterprise objectives rather than solely ecommerce KPIs.
Prior to joining Ovative, Andy spent 10 years combined between Target and Best Buy working across many disciplines within the retail space including: ecommerce, buying, strategic pricing, merchandise presentation, and inventory planning. This experience shaped Andy’s unique approach to problem solving and led him to always put the consumer at the center of decisions and strategies.
Andy is well-versed in all web analytics platforms and technologies and is always looking for ways to incorporate data from multiple sources to uncover new insights. He and his wife live in the Twin Cities suburbs with their two daughters, and he enjoys traveling, craft beer, and golfing.
