There isn’t a complex media strategy problem Shannon couldn’t solve. As Ovative’s VP of Client Services, she thrives when connecting customer data with innovative media strategies to drive real results for our clients. Before joining Ovative, she spent 14 years at Haworth Marketing + Media on key accounts such as Target, Walmart, and Shutterfly. In these roles, she became an expert at weaving her clients' media into full-funnel, cross-channel campaigns including tentpole events like the Super Bowl, Olympics, and NFL as well as custom integrations in premier content such as The Today Show, Oprah, and Modern Family.

Shannon is the kind of person you want in a crisis. Why? She sees a crisis as a chance to think outside of the box, test new hypotheses, and learn from them. Plus, she’s a natural at turning the most complex challenges into actionable plans. Her passion for developing measurable, customer-first media strategies shines through with everything she touches. Outside of work, Shannon is always on the go. Whether she’s hiking, biking, or playing tennis, she loves being active with her family. She’s also an avid traveler—having explored Spain, Belize, Hawaii, and Banff in just the past few years. Back home in Minnesota, you’ll often find Shannon experimenting with new recipes and hosting lively gatherings with friends.
