New Ovative VP to Maximize Paid Media Capabilities and Strategic Partnerships

Minneapolis, MN, October 25, 2023 – Ovative Group, a national media and measurement firm, announced their newest Vice President of Paid Media. Andy Pierce, a 9-year company veteran, was recently promoted to VP, securing his position on Ovative’s leadership team. Pierce will oversee the firm’s Paid Social channel practices, defining new channel offerings and capabilities and maximizing value from media platform partnerships.

Since 2014, Pierce has held multiple roles within the company. Most recently, he led client engagements as a Display and Paid Social channel lead, defining and managing execution of channel strategies and optimizations. He successfully scaled his team by nearly 600% through the most intense season of COVID-19, increasing from 14 team members in 2019 to 95 in 2023. Now, he will continue to maximize the team’s operational excellence while driving client growth and deepening client engagement across verticals, including retail, CPG, ecommerce, and healthcare.
