15 years of positive change

We have always been champions of change. From charitable giving to pro-bono work, social impact initiatives have been woven throughout Ovative since day one. We formalized these efforts in 2020, called Champions of Change, but we didn’t stop there. Now, we have a dedicated team creating positive change both within and beyond our walls. Our impact? Investing in an inclusive future by offering anti-racism training to our staff and donating $400k annual in-kind services to community nonprofits and public service organizations.
