Albert Jordan

Albert (Al) is the Director of Talent Services. His areas of responsibility include talent management, performance management, development, policy, and the systems that support them. He joined Ovative in May of 2022 and is thrilled to be part of a strong and growing culture focused on demonstrating its values each day.

Prior to Ovative Al has worked as a human resources professional for over a decade across several industries including healthcare, housing, and government. Albert has held leadership roles from HR operations manager to CHRO and works to bring strong operational thinking to the business of supporting talent.

Albert also loves to spend time mentoring young singers and directs small groups at one of the area high schools. Albert lives in the south metro with his wife, two children, and giant schnoodle, Sullivan. He is an avid, though mediocre, golfer and also loves trivia and college sports, especially football and basketball.
