Jesse has a natural skill for building long-lasting relationships. He honed this skill during his nine years working at top companies like Target, McKinsey & Company, and Aimia. Now, he’s the glue that connects our Client Services, Marketing and Business Development teams. As Ovative’s Senior Vice President of Growth, Jesse ensures we’re all in on delivering more than our clients expect.

Jesse shows up every day with genuine empathy and transparency, coupled with deep expertise across marketing and business strategy. Whether he’s delving into measurement technologies or media investment strategies, he sees every interaction as simply “people talking to people.” This perspective helps him empower clients to understand the true impact of their marketing efforts on brand health, customer growth, and profitability. His secret? Finding opportunities to listen closely and make connections to raise the bar for clients.

Both inside and outside of work, Jesse always looks for ways to make things better. He and his family fiercely embrace diversity, celebrating all of the ways we can connect as humans. A passionate DIY enthusiast, he enjoys renovating his home in South Minneapolis. When he’s not working on projects, you’ll find him diving into a good book, from history to beach reads and everything in between.
