Curiosity is at the core of everything Jen does. She thrives on exploring new ideas and uncovering unique solutions to drive innovation. Before joining Ovative, Jen spent 19 years in marketing roles at Best Buy and Target. Now in her role as Ovative’s VP of Business Development, she introduces Ovative’s best-in-class services to new brands and expands services with existing clients.

Jen’s passion for operational excellence ensures every project runs like clockwork, all while delivering real business impact. Before leading our business development team, she spent years mastering digital roles across site, media, and product. Now, she uses that experience to quickly piece together the best strategies for prospective clients. From there, she has a natural flair for bringing together cross-functional teams to craft and execute media strategies that don’t just meet client expectations—they surpass them.

When she’s not busy driving client success, Jen’s curiosity takes her outside. She loves exploring the great outdoors, discovering new national and state parks with her family. On weekends, she unwinds by reading a good book and cheering on her kids at one of their games.
