As Ovative’s VP of Client Services, she brings together media, measurement, and strategy experts to not just plan and buy better, but to act as true partners embedded in her clients’ business. Her goal? Driving performance that’s real, measurable, and lasting—even in hyper-competitive markets.
Before joining Ovative, Charlotte built a rare, well-rounded foundation across strategy, analytics, and retail with leadership roles at Nielsen, Target, and UnitedHealth Group. Today, that range of experience fuels her superpower: investing deeply in her clients. She spends time with teams inside and outside of marketing to drive smarter thinking and stronger results. Charlotte brings bold honesty, deep empathy, and a sharp strategic lens to everything she does—and isn’t afraid to say the hard thing if it means her clients grow. With her in their corner, clients can count on marketing that actually moves the business forward.
Outside of work, Charlotte is a planner at heart—and has a passport to prove it. From Malta to Guadeloupe, she consistently pushes her family to discover new places and fresh perspectives. Back home in New York City, she’s on the lookout for underground jazz clubs, new museum exhibits, and the next great play.
