More people, especially within BIPOC communities, need to be afforded the access and support to pursue opportunities in this industry.  Through strategic partnerships and persistent internal evaluation, we’re committed to bring this change to life—in the small and big moments.

Skills-Based Partnerships

We’re using our skills for good. Our team partners with organizations addressing equitable access to career pathways in business. We seek to maximize their impact by providing our digital marketing expertise, volunteer time, and financial resources.

Equitable Operations

As a data-centric organization, we know that numbers matter. Using data, team feedback, and more, we seek to assess and evolve our internal operations to create an equitable environment that enables and sustains increased representation.

Curiosity is welcomed here. We provide personal and relational equity learning opportunities that align to Ovative’s Diversity Resource Groups (DRGs). This includes, but isn’t limited to, anti-racism education, monthly identity spotlights, and our Perspective Series.
