Frances Miller

Frances is a Senior Director on the Client Services team, leading some of Ovative’s largest and most complex retail clients. Frances’ deep experience in retail, coupled with Ovative’s media and measurement capabilities, have allowed her to consistently help clients grow their business across online, offline, and customer. In addition to her client work, Frances helps lead People and Process best practices across the team, ensuring all team members and clients are setup for success from day one and are able to fully unlock their potential.

Prior to Ovative, Frances spent 6 years at Target spanning Merchandise and Pricing, ensuring profitable management of sales and inventory across multiple departments. In addition, she has broader nonprofit marketing experience, having spent time supporting Habitat for Humanity ReStore and their brand marketing and event efforts.

Outside of work, Frances enjoys spending time with her family (husband, kids and pets), power washing her patio, and walking the early morning lanes of Target. She’s always up for warmer weather and in the winter, an extra blanket.
