Casey Radmann

Casey Radmann is a Director of Diversity and Acquisition with the Talent Services team at Ovative. Casey is responsible for leading the team responsible for the attraction, selection, and hiring of our amazing Ovative talent.

Casey joined Ovative in November 2020. Prior to joining Ovative, Casey spent the last 20 years in talent acquisition and recruiting leadership roles, supporting companies across the Minneapolis area and nationally. Most recently Casey was a leader in Staffing Operations for Wells Fargo. Previous positions at Wells Fargo included recruiting leadership positions with Wholesale Banking and Home Mortgage. Earlier in his career Casey worked in the recruiting agency world with a focus on full time and contractor placements with many Fortune 500 companies. He brings a true love for recruiting with a focus on building relationships with prospects and operational excellence. Casey is thrilled to be a key player with Ovative as we continue our focus on attracting top talent.
