Brent Decker

Brent is the Senior Director of Client Services at Ovative. He leads client engagements and delivery across Ovative’s Media, Measurement, and Consulting offerings. In his role, Brent is responsible for defining and executing cross-channel media strategies and driving operational excellence across disciplines.

Before joining Ovative in 2019, Brent led digital marketing for Bluestem Brands for 4 years.

In that role he was responsible for managing Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Display, Affiliate channels and digital attribution to exceed strategic, tactical and ROAS goals across the Bluestem portfolio. He spent 12 years prior at OptiMine Software and Digital River leading client engagements and technology implementations.

Brent’s hands-on execution expertise and agency experience enables him to be a thought partner to his clients at Ovative. Outside of Ovative, Brent enjoys taking adventures with his wife and three children and using his marketing experience to help grow a variety of local business.
