Kate Rassler

Kate is a Director of Client Services at Ovative. She leads client engagements and delivery for Ovative’s new Telecommunications client. In her role, Kate is responsible for leading account-wide strategy, and implementing cross-channel media strategies while being a driver of operational excellence across disciplines.

Prior to joining Ovative, Kate earned her MBA and has spent 10 years honing her skills at other Minneapolis-based agencies, focusing on everything from retail and finance, to B2B and local media. Most recently, she spent just shy of six years at Haworth Marketing + Media, where she led Digital Channel strategies & implementation for many of Walmart’s key pieces of business like Holiday, Brand, and Online Pickup & Delivery services.

Kate lives in Anoka, MN with her husband and their 11-year-old French Bulldog. She lives for summers on the lake and all the family time that comes with it. She also enjoys riding her retired show horse and traveling with her husband whenever she gets the chance!
