Cory Pearson

Cory is a Director of Paid Media and is responsible for leading our display and paid social team to provide best in class service. Since joining Ovative in 2017, he has developed a reputation as an inspiring leader, authentic colleague and robust subject matter expert. Cory is concentrated on building forward thinking efficiency, training and service solutions to fuel high growth.

Prior to joining Ovative, he spent 9 years at Haworth Marketing + Media in multiple media roles across retail, automotive and CPG. There he built a team which managed full funnel paid social investments across several fortune 500 companies.

Cory is a creative thought leader with an emphasis in paid social. He regularly advises clients on measurement, structure and testing to improve performance and drive progress. He lives in Shoreview with his wife and enjoys backpacking, reading and baseball.
