About the Role

The Strategy Consulting Senior Analyst position offers candidates the opportunity to deliver customer, digital marketing, and measurement strategy projects to clients across a breadth of industries. Our team is rapidly growing and uniquely poised to leverage Ovative’s digital marketing and measurement expertise in delivering differentiated strategies to clients. Our clients are household names that span multiple industries, including retail, healthcare, education, CPG, and hospitality.

The Ovative Group Senior Analyst Strategy Consulting position is an opportunity for an experienced candidate to take on an early stage, leadership role at a fast-growing company that has the highest standards for talent, fun, and client success. This person will play an important role on Strategy Consulting projects managing workstreams and analysis in partnership with clients and internal Ovative teams. The right candidate will be analytical, a structured thinker, intellectually curious, and an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities of a Strategy Consulting Senior Analyst:

  • Manage workstreams within consulting projects including structuring, managing, and executing on tasks; deliver on project workstreams in partnership with clients and team leadership
  • Communicate consulting project work outputs internally and with clients, both verbally and through the creation of high-quality deliverables in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Independently structure and execute analysis / research to inform consulting projects elevating key insights, implications, and next steps
  • Support day-to-day client relationship management including managing workflow, agendas, and project plans
  • Support the Strategy Consulting team’s product and business development efforts by developing POVs on products, industries, and clients
  • Mentor junior Strategy Consulting and Ovative team members, supporting training initiatives and offering one-on-one guidance

Requirements:

  • BA / BS degree and 2-3 years of experience working with clients (internal or external) to solve challenging problems
  • Proven structed thinking and problem-solving skills helping teams, peers, and clients to develop clear and actionable strategies and solutions
  • Strong analytics skillset with past experiences managing financial, customer, or industry datasets to inform strategy and solution outputs
  • Excellent communication skills (i.e., oral, written, and PowerPoint deliverables)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to manage and thrive in ambiguous environments
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, CRM, customer strategy or other marketing discipline preferred, but not required
  • Experience at a management consulting firm or on a corporate strategy team for a large Fortune 500 company preferred, but not required
